How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies.

Cancel anytime

Cancelling takes as few steps as signing up: open Billing and choose Cancel plan. There are no cancellation fees. After you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan and your documents stay saved.

Taxes

Any sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle and shown at checkout before you pay. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
